Ph3Job Description /h3 pThis position focuses on supporting building performance through HVAC, security, and building‑automation systems, using connected services, data analytics, and engineering tools. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, configuring software/hardware, and ensuring smooth installation and acceptance of service jobs. A technical foundation and the ability to work across IT, networking, and building‑control environments are essential. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI too /li liPrepare engineering drawings and application projects specifically for Service Jobs (i.e. SLJ’s) /li liDetermine equipment and accessory needs for implementation and inform FSL or FSS in time /li liInstall EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications (Smart figure) /li liDeep competence on virtual and physical environments (Hardware/Software) /li liBe ready on the job site during temporary or final acceptance of Service Jobs ability to carry out teamwork with local and foreign teams to have effective problem solving and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to identify evolutionary initiatives to be evaluated from time to time in terms of applicability and costs /li liPredisposition to the understanding of the HVAC and SECURITY field processes to be able to have a knowledge such manage the analytical part of the proposed role. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or a related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT). /li liHands‑on experience servicing HVAC systems (plus Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems). /li liStrong understanding of HVAC processes, building‑automation controls, and standard protocols. /li liKnowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals. /li liAbility to read electrical diagrams and understand switching. /li liStrong fault‑finding skills, communication abilities, and customer‑facing professionalism. /li liFluent English and ability to work in dynamic, evolving technical environments. /li /ul pbWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
