Ideal Profile: Experience:\n3–5 years in executive international recruiting, with essential expertise in direct search (head hunting).\nAnalytical Skills:\nStrong ability to process, understand, and interpret market data and information.\nLanguage Skills:\nFluent English (essential); proficiency in German language will be considered as plus.\nAcademic Background:\nUniversity degree (undergraduate or postgraduate).\nDigital skills :\nAdvanced proficiency with information systems AI and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
