The intern will support the Purchasing EU team in several activities related to the purchase and procurement process of Direct materials. It’s a dynamic and challenging environment and a good platform where to start and develop a career in supply chain management.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the Purchasing team in selected activity of negotiation on costs, delivery performance, price list reduction and payment terms\nAssist in analysis and market research to identify new potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.\nManage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods\nAnalise and resolve issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices, even promoting efficiency in the processes\nSupport the Purchasing team in maintaining high standards in more strategic activities (analysis, monitoring, keeping relations with suppliers partners, etc)\nSupport buyers in quality documentation collection and availability following existing procedures and standards\n\nQualifications:\n\nWilling to work in international, fast paced environment\n\nKnowledge:\n\nGood at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially Excel\nPrevious Knowledge of SAP management system, is preferable\n\nLanguages:\n\nKnowledge of Italian and English is mandatory\nA further language knowledge is appreciated\n\nMindset and Interpersonal Skills:\n\nFlexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts, are required\nCosts and Quality oriented\nAutonomy and initiative attitude\nTeam working attitude\nProblem solving attitude\nHigh sense of time scheduled respect and energy level.\nMotivated to work in the Purchasing area\nOpen to acquire knowledge in the international markets\n\nReimbursement\n€700 per month + free access to the company canteen\nCurious about our values?
