Your amazing attitude is vital to Mama’s success.Objective: The Assistant Restaurant Bar Manager is ultimately responsible for the restaurant team, ensuring floor operations are running smoothly and consistently throughout all services, including staff supervision, guest service, training, and administrative duties. He helps and assists the Manager to accomplish all the operation and organization duties for the Restaurants and Bars.QualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Be on the floor and check set up prior to service start time.Ensure smooth service for all guests visiting restaurants, bars, and ateliers.Ensure rotas are aligned with wage budgets and fair to staff.Maintain uniform standards.Conduct and supervise FB trainings with monthly planning.Communicate and store all relevant training material and documentation using the provided platforms.Ensure all new members receive induction programs.Be responsible for job education and staff career development.Oversee restaurant staff performance, ensuring quality service during all services.Maintain fluid communication between restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.Create and maintain a safe environment for team members.Handle guest concerns, requests, and suggestions to ensure high customer satisfaction and improve feedback metrics.Assist the manager in all operational duties and propose new ideas/projects to improve operations and organization.Participate in monthly inventory following accounting protocols and respect beverage costs.Ensure POS systems are up to date and managed properly.Ensure Res Diary is fully functional.Update website menu and event calendar weekly.Respond to emails timely and respect deadlines set by the manager.Organize and contribute to weekly/monthly department meetings.Attend and contribute to management meetings.Keep detailed records of costs and revenues.This job description reflects current requirements.
