As part of our Industrial Corporate team, you will play a key role in scaling up solutions, optimizing industrial processes, and developing sustainable range of products.
The successful candidate will have a degree in chemical process engineering and 5–10 years of experience in process engineering within polymer, compounding, or powder transformation industries.
Strong technical expertise in compounding and powder transformation technologies is essential, as well as experience in industrial trial design, troubleshooting, and statistical analysis.
A strong understanding of scale-up methodologies, validation protocols, and Operational Excellence (OPEX) frameworks is also required.
Proficiency in process simulation tools, data analysis (Excel, Minitab), and ERP/MES systems is necessary.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are also required.
