The successful candidate will be involved in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, oversee regulatory and corporate compliance programs. This role requires knowledge of contracts in construction, hospitality and real estate sectors, strong command of industrial and supply chain agreements, and advanced professional English suitable for negotiations and drafting. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to supply agreements, distribution agreements, logistics and service contracts, NDAs, and procurement documentation. /li liProvide strategic legal advice to procurement, logistics, and operations teams to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks. /li liStructure contracts specific to hospitality management agreements, real estate construction and custom furniture supply contracts, lease and purchase agreements, and industrial / supply chain agreements with a focus on risk allocation and compliance. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including trade compliance, antitrust, export controls, anti‑corruption, and labour laws related to the supply chain. /li liSupport dispute resolution related to suppliers, service providers, or logistics partners, including claims, litigation, and arbitration. /li liMonitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, advising internal stakeholders accordingly. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, finance, quality, compliance, and sustainability. /li liAssist in the development and implementation of internal policies, contract templates, and training programs related to supply chain legal matters. /li liManage relationships with external legal counsel when necessary. /li liContribute to the development of templates, playbooks and automated tools to streamline contracting and compliance processes. /li liLead legal risk assessments for projects and contracts, recommending risk‑mitigation measures. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualified lawyer with a degree in Law and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction. /li liAt least 4 years of experience in a legal role within multinational companies or leading law firms. /li liExperience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. /li liStrong understanding of internal and international trade regulations and compliance. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. /li liFluency in English; French is a plus (strongly appreciated). /li liImmediate availability will be considered a plus. /li /ul pOur company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
