Actively involved in I-LTR origination process, She/He ensures the management, analysis and evaluation of credit applications received from direct and intermediate retail business in full compliance with the VWL-I credit process.

Roles and Duties – core business
He/she is responsible for managing back-office activities in the office, such as:
Managing office mailbox, handling phone calls, and activities related to incoming operation flows.
Verify the correct, complete and accurate data entry of long term rental applications;
Ensuring the management of the customer creditworthiness evaluation finalized to loan granting activity within the autonomy granted her/him by the Branch and regulated by the company guidelines;
Ensure full compliance regarding documentation to be checked before contract activation
