Key Role in European Sales Growth

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in driving the exponential growth of our sales in Europe. This will involve shaping our EU sales strategy, aligning it with our global sales approach, and bringing it to life.

Main Responsibilities:

* Growth: Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow product sales and implement business development initiatives to expand sales channels. Analyze industrial development, identify prospects, and evaluate their position in the industry to define sales options for EcoFlow.
* Building and Maintaining Long-Term Partnerships: Develop new solar sales channels in the Italian market and maintain strong relationships with major solar/renewable energy distributors.
* Offline Sales Events: Plan and execute offline sales events in Italy, including attending exhibitions and conducting business forums.
* Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with other departments to plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities and increase market share.

Your Profile:

* Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry.
* Network and Track Record: Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired.
* Education: Bachelor or master's degree.
* Skills and Qualities: Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver, positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to think from different perspectives.
* Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as working languages, with additional European language fluency being an asset.
