Our employees are empowered to grow professionally and contribute to world-class automotive manufacturing solutions. /ppFor our Sales Department, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Proposal Engineer who will play a key role in shaping winning solutions for our customers. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the role will support the Sales team in developing accurate estimates and formalizing technical specifications for tenders. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and develop technical layouts and optimized engineering solutions tailored to customer needs /liliPrepare high-quality cost estimates and complete documentation to support competitive proposals /liliAnalyze and interpret international contracts, providing insights that support both commercial and technical alignment /liliCollaborate closely with internal departments throughout the plant construction and project execution phases, ensuring seamless communication and technical coherence /li /ulpThis role offers the opportunity to work at the crossroads of technology, sales, and project strategy contributing directly to the success of complex automation solutions in global markets. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable role (Estimator / Sales Engineer), ideally within automotive or aerospace production automation /liliTechnical university degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics engineering /liliStrong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (familiarity with SolidWorks or CATIA considered a valuable plus) /liliFluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher) /liliCommercial acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities /liliAvailability to travel internationally as required by project needs /liliA resourceful, flexible, and proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills /li /ulpContract: Full-Time / Permanent contract with the company /ppThe search is open to candidates of both sexes (Law 903/77).
