Coordinate service/retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance and resources in the execution of maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost/time/quality improvement.Manage the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, ensuring correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of service activities.Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any non‐conformities to supervisors.Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift (7/7 h24).
Required Skills / Knowledge
Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry.AS‐NF certifications – National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) – to work on train safety organs (preferred).
Education / Qualifications
High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).
Languages
Proficiency in Italian is mandatory.Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
