PpThis is a key role to ensure development and growth of Rotork site service market share, sales and profitability, whilst providing excellent service to our customers and supporting their requirements. Act as a member of the country leadership team and working closely with the end Market Sales Teams and Country Manager to promote and grow RS market share, leads the Service Operations team for delivering Service support. The role is responsible for the service back-office operations staff, workshop facilities and field engineers. /p pReporting to the Head of Service, this role will work closely with the End Market Sales Teams and County Manager whilst managing a team of field technicians based on this facility. /p pIn this role you are financially responsible for reporting accuracy, forecasting, utilization, profit and loss and strategic planning.
