Reference number 2018-27147 Publication date 1/29/2018 Job description Business type Corporate & Investment Banking Contract type Permanent Contract Expected position take up date 2/19/2018 Management position NO Executive / Non executive Non cadre Missions The resource will join the ENERGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP team, responsible for advisory services, structuring and providing of funding on a no-recourse basis (project financing) for the bank’s clients, especially in the infrastructure and energy areas in Italy. The Italian team is part of an international network, where it can support Italian and foreign customers who want to participate in tenders for the development and / or acquisition of infrastructure at European level, even over PPP scheme (Public-Private Partnership). Within the team there is also a function responsible for the portfolio management of the transactions currently financed by the bank. Main activities to be performed by the new resource: - analysis of potential projects to finance on a no-recourse basis (analysis of the main risks and allocation criteria through contractual and financial structuring of the projects) - definition and assessment of possible capital structure alternatives - development and / or use of financial models in Excel - ensure adequate due diligences on assets (visits) and legal/technical aspects are performed - follow-up of portfolio transactions (support the portfolio management on major waiver requests and/or amendments on complex transactions) - support the portfolio management in identifying key risks and material changes in the credit quality of transactions and credit counterparts - contribute to maintain and develop profitable and sustainable relationships with the sector clients (companies, investors, equity infra funds) and business partners (lawyers, advisors, experts) at the appropriate level Job location Geographical area Europe, Italy City MILAN Minimal education level 2-year Master’s (M2) or higher Academic qualification / Speciality Master of science degree in Economics/Finance/Engineering (Financial Stream) Level of mínimal experience 3-5 years Experience a previous experience in Structured Finance / Project Finance will be considered a plus Expected skills - positive and hard working attitude - willingness to learn - accountability, motivation and commitment - financial modeling - structuring a financing transaction - precision and synthesis - teamwork capabilities Languages Italian (mothertongue); English fluent
