Role Overview:
As a Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide essential financial support to management. You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and profitability assessments of clients or business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance.
 * Analyze profitability across clients or business segments.
 * Contribute to the development of annual budgets for revenue and costs by client.
 * Provide input for monthly revenue forecasts by client.
 * Support meetings discussing monthly results and forecast expectations.
 * Assist in month-end closing processes.
 * Collaborate with the AR Team to set up billing contracts.
 * Assist in billing system entries and sending invoices.
 * Monitor and report on collections.
 * Perform ad hoc analysis.
 * Work efficiently with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 2-4 years of relevant financial experience preferred.
 * Proficient in financial tools, systems, and applications.
 * Advanced Excel skills.
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Ability to work well in Team
 * Understanding and utilization of basic general ledger systems and software.
 * Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
 * Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
 * English at least B2 Level
