About the Role Key Responsibilities Accounting and Financial Statements - Manage general and analytical accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and Nord Anglia standards. - Prepare periodic financial statements, reports, and cost analyses, supporting management in strategic planning. Controlling - Analyze accounting and operational data to identify efficiency areas and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with teams to optimize administrative and accounting processes. Process and Supplier Management - Coordinate relationships with suppliers, external consultants, and auditors. - Ensure contractual compliance and monitor the performance and costs of external services. Leadership and Collaboration - Work closely with school and regional teams to integrate accounting and management information into decision-making processes. - Promote a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within the administrative office. Compliance and Reporting - Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting, and legal regulations. - Prepare periodic reports for regional and central management, supporting audits and internal reviews. About You You are an accounting professional with a managerial mindset, combining strong technical expertise with analytical and strategic skills. You thrive in dynamic and complex environments, collaborating with diverse teams and supporting data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Training - Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. - Significant experience in accounting, financial statements, and controlling. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting systems; experience with ERP software is a plus. - Excellent command of written and spoken English.
