We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Spa Therapist to join our pre-opening team and lead the daily operations of our intimate and elegant Spa.
The role will report to the Head Therapist & Spa Supervisor.
Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy's most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.
The hotel is featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies, following brand standards
Ensure a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests
Tailor treatments to guest needs, delivering a personalised wellness experience
Promote spa services and retail products with a professional and customer-centric approach
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and overall spa cleanliness and hygiene
Collaborate with the Spa Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations
Support the pre-opening activities, contributing to set-up, standards and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in 5* star hotels or premium wellness centres
Professional certification in massage therapy and aesthetics
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques and wellness products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Guest-oriented attitude with high attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic, pre-opening environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
