Facilitate the Scrum events Remove impediments to the team's progress, and protect the team from interruptions and distractions* Capture and use metrics to help driving continuous improvement* Sponsor the self-organization of the Team* Support Product Owners in visualizing progress, creating a transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the productRequirements:
Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and values Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework* Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques like User Stories, Planning Poker, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing* Fluent English* Excellent interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindsetExperiences:
