Join KPMG Advisory in Rome to drive customer-centric transformation using strategic frameworks and data analytics. You will map and optimize the customer lifecycle, design organizational and tech changes, and shape multi-channel strategies to boost growth. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on market sizing, journey mapping, and digital initiatives, delivering actionable plans and business cases. This role offers meaningful impact through improving client experience and driving measurable top-line outcomes.

- Benchmark competitors and identify differentiating opportunities in Customer & Digital
- Analyze and segment customers and identify needs
- Map the Customer Journey and identify pain points and moments of truth
- Analyze Voice of the Customer and close feedback loops
- Evaluate digital marketing channel performance across the journey
- Define and prioritize evolutionary Customer strategy and action plans
- Re-engineer digital processes and roadmap change
- Identify channel strategy based on a Data & Analytics approach
- Design and implement customer experience scorecards

- Assess costs and revenue impacts and prepare business plans
Responsabilità
- Master’s degree with a quantitative approach (Business, Engineering or Marketing)
- Strong numerical and data analysis capability
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent English, study/work abroad preferred
