There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at bNatus Neuro /b. /p pbRegional Marketing Lead, EMEA/APAC /b /p pbLocation: /b Mogliano Veneto (TV), Italy /p pThe Regional Marketing Lead, EMEA/APAC is responsible for driving the regional downstream marketing strategy and execution across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role ensures the successful implementation of global marketing initiatives, adapts campaigns to regional market needs, and coordinates regional medical education and training programs, ensuring smooth execution of product workshops and clinical training sessions, tailored to local market/ customer needs. The position serves as a strategic bridge between Global Marketing, Regional Sales, Clinical, and local affiliates to ensure alignment and impactful execution. This position will report to General Manager EMEA/APAC. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLocalize and implement global marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches within EMEA and APAC regions. /li liDevelop region‑specific marketing plans to support revenue growth and market share objectives. /li liProvide marketing support to local distributors and affiliates, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging. /li liMonitor competitive landscape, pricing, and market dynamics to inform regional strategy and tactical plans. /li liCreate and adapt promotional materials, digital content, and sales tools for regional use. /li liLead planning and execution of congress participation and engagement across the region. /li liDefine and track KPIs for regional marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and inform future strategy. /li liSupport regional and local medical education courses, workshops, and symposia in collaboration with Global Medical Affairs and Clinical teams. /li liSupport Regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and speaker development initiatives. /li liEnsure all training and educational content aligns with local/regional regulatory and compliance requirements. /li liTrack effectiveness and ROI of educational initiatives and recommend continuous improvements. /li liCollaborate closely with Global Marketing, Regional Sales, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution. /li liPartner with local affiliates and distribution partners to understand market needs and feedback. /li liSupport product management and lifecycle activities, including post‑launch evaluations. /li liMonitor and analyze key marketing metrics (leads, campaign performance, event participation, revenue impact). /li liPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior management. /li liManage regional marketing budget efficiently and transparently. /li liManage and develop a small, regionally dispersed team across EMEA and APAC, fostering collaboration and cultural awareness. /li liProvide strategic guidance and operational support to ensure consistent execution of global marketing and educational initiatives, adapted to local market needs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. /li liMaster’s degree or MBA preferred. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in medical devices, MedTech, or healthcare sectors. /li liProven track record in regional downstream marketing and medical education coordination. /li liExperience in managing culturally diverse teams. /li liExperience in multi‑country environments (EMEA and/or APAC) and with distributor‑based models. /li liStrong project management and communication skills. /li liExperience in organizing and executing clinical workshops / training sessions in partnership with clinical teams. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability. /li liExcellent cross‑cultural communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liProficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). /li liFluent in both Italian and English are essential; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Mandarin) are an asset. /li liWillingness to travel internationally up to 40 %. /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pAlong with a competitive salary and bonus structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package per our Collective Contract, which includes PTO, personal days, and Health Benefits. /p pBe the part of the Neuro Solution. bApply Today. /b /p pbEEO Statement: /b Natus Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
