Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to support the Operations Human Resources team in providing a great employee experience. As an HR Assistant, you will work on various core HR activities, supporting a large employee population within our operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with HR leaders and management on HR-focused projects to create an engaging working environment.
* Manage day-to-day HR administration, including procedures for new staff, self-service tools, and attendance reviews.
* Use internal dashboards to generate reports for site management.
* Plan initiatives to promote the well-being and experience of on-site staff.
* Perform audits to ensure compliance with business processes, data protection, local labor regulations, and human resources procedures.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with education and/or experience in HR administration, effective communication skills, presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. You should be able to work independently and autonomously as well as productively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
A knowledge of local employment law, employee relations practices, and Payroll would be advantageous. Experience managing HR information systems for data entry and time and attendance monitoring is also desirable.
About the Role:
This role will contribute directly to providing a great employee experience to our workforce. You will be the first point of contact for associates and managers, and given that most of our associates work during night shift, it will be required to visit sites during evenings/early mornings on a monthly basis.
