PstrongPrimary Function: /strong /ppHe/She supports the achievement of the ES goals into the Plant working closely with the ES Manager and with all the people operating into the Plant. /ppHe/she supports the implementation of integrated environmental and health/safety systems, with the ultimate goal of improving the overall efficiency of the organization. /ppbr/ppstrongEssential Responsabilities: /strong /pp•He/she supports the corporate structure to implement the measures to reduce the risks for safety and health; /pp•He/she supports the ES Manager to manage the safety protocols OHSAS 18001 and UNI 14001; /pp•He/she checks the correct application of health measurements and ensures the alignment with the indication provided by the Company doctor; /pp•He/she executes inspections/audits for assessing the proper application of safety standards; /pp•He/she supports the ES manager for the assessment in order to evaluate the adequacy of the new equipment and machinery; /pp•He/she support the ES Manager to maintain and update emergency plans and procedures; /pp•He/she support the ES Manager to prepare the Assessment Risk Document and manage its updating and proper circulation; /pp•He/she manages KPI and analysis relating to accidents, occupational diseases, and sustainability; /pp•He/she manages safety trainings and education programs. /ppbr/ppstrongEducation: /strong /pp•Degree in Managing Engineering, Environmental engineering or equivalent; /pp•Training courses for RSPP, according to the State-Regions Agreements of 14thFebruary 2006 and 7th July 2016 (Module A and B). /ppbr/ppstrongBackground: /strong /pp•Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and roles; /pp•Knowledge of Safety legislation and practices; /pp•Computer and electronic skills. /ppbr/ppstrongSkills: /strong /pp•Creative Problem solving /pp•Cultural Intelligence /pp•Emotional intelligence /pp•Collaboration Team Working /pp•Personal Effectiveness /p
