As a Construction Planner & Controller, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the execution of assembling activities on site in accordance with the construction schedule. You will report key KPIs such as on-time delivery and progress achieved weekly for each module.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing the construction schedule based on strategy, material availability, and setting main milestones for the construction phase.
* Managing and controlling the schedule from structure arrival to module delivery using Primavera P6 and other project control tools.
* Leading weekly reports shared with the customer, including milestones, progress, and productivity updates.
* Preparing project control documents in compliance with project requirements.
* Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs, optimizing inventory and processes.
* Estimating sales and inventory levels monthly.
* Setting transportation plans and strategies with operations leaders and contractors.
* Developing strategic and operational plans, monitoring opportunities, and coordinating with the commercial team on slot availability and man-hour estimates.
* Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
* Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with planning experience).
* Experience in EPC planning and execution.
* Familiarity with Primavera P6.
* Good communication skills.
* Interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
* Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
