This role powers our operation by transporting candy and packaging to and from packaging lines, the warehouse, and trailers using a stand-up forklift. You'll keep packaging and return areas organized, load and unload trailers, and make sure every shipment of candy gets where it needs to go—fresh, fast, and ready to delight.Ways you will make a difference
Completes the forklift driver's daily checklist form.Replenishes fluids and generates maintenance work request forms for repairs needed.Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Picks and stages packaging and supplies at work sites.Receives materials from production by verifying and identifying information and quantity of materials, placing materials in inventory.Load and unload trailers.Verifies case/pallet counts and patterns.Reports any discrepancies to the floor and/or the department supervisor.Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to all safety methods and GMP'sAssists with inventory reconciliation process.Maintains inventory control system by tracking, moving, and shipping the product using "SAP system" and/or Excel spreadsheet.Performs duties in a safe manner and report all observed safety hazards to managers.Flexibility to work outside of core hours to support business operationsPerforms all other related duties assigned by management.

Minimum of 1 year experience driving a stand-up forkliftMinimum of 1 year experience with a stretch wrapper and hand jack.Minimum of 1 year experience with SAP or similar preferredAbility to lift 50 lbs.
