We are looking for an HRBP Operations who will work in the Group Operations HR Team, reporting to Senior HRBP Group Operations.
- The role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the Group Operations business units across global locations. Key areas of responsibility include the hr management of Operations personnel, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment and employment processes, as well as the implementation and coordination of core HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance development (BDG), talent management, and succession planning programs. Additionally, the role plays a central part in aligning and coordinating local HR teams based in various manufacturing plants worldwide, ensuring consistency and efficiency in HR processes across the organization.
- The role will support the functions in all matters related to:
- Collaborating with business leaders to assess organizational needs and deliver proactive, day-to-day HR support in addressing people-related challenges;
- Designing and implementing talent management and succession planning programs, in alignment with business goals and Group HR strategies.
- Supporting the Budgeting and Forecasting processes within the scope of HR, ensuring accurate workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Coordinating and aligning local Plant HR teams with Group policies and processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective communication across all locations.
**_ Requirements:_**
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in economics/Law or similar;
- Languages: Italian; English Fluent
- Technical&Soft; Skills:
- 5 years + of experience in Human Resources as HRBP;
- Significant HR experience in a multi-national matrix organization with good understanding of differences and synergies across the countries;
- Good knowledge of italian national labor law and regulations;
- Brief experience in industrial and union relations within manufacturing environments;
- Problem solving approach and analytical capability;
- Strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills;
- Must possess consultative style and approach, with a natural ability to develop credible relationships across the Group Operations organization at all levels;
- Ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors;
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
