As the Field Service Engineer in Power and Water Solutions BU, your role will be to support our customers at site (mainly power plants) by delivering activities required for maintenance, solving incidents, providing technical support, system upgrades, warranty services, training, and completing configurations and/or modifications. You will also handle on-call services for our DCS and Power and Water Cybersecurity Suite. You will become part of our Lifecycle Services team, which helps customers carry out maintenance, improve reliability, and boost performance of their DCS systems. We look forward to your application!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Perform system maintenance and performance evaluations.Provide technical support to customers, investigate issues, and resolve system-related complaints and problems, offering solutions as needed.Provide remote technical support via phone and internet for our DCS users.Be willing and able to perform on-call shift-based services and emergency callouts to ensure fast and efficient customer support.Use service tools (e.g., SMS Guardian) and internal tools (CRM, INAZ Clarity Service App) effectively.Configure and manage applications, support projects at customer sites, and provide onsite training on Emerson products.Keep up-to-date with technological developments and specialize in certain areas such as Ovation DCS, Ovation Network, Power and Water Cybersecurity Suite, Turbine Control Applications, Virtualization, Ovation Upgrades, Backup Recovery, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, etc.Who You Are:You demonstrate initiative in challenging situations, are proactive in identifying opportunities, and are driven to complete tasks with energy and commitment.
