Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a small team at Vendor/3PL sites to optimize Amazon’s Customer Fulfillment Flex operations in Northern Italy. You will drive continuous improvements, manage relationships with Vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure safe, efficient, high-volume performance. The role combines hands‑on leadership with cross‑functional coordination to accelerate delivery through vendor sites. You’ll operate in an international context with scope to influence multiple countries and programs.

- Lead and coach a diverse team at Vendor/3PL sites in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Maintain strong relationships with Vendors/3PLs’ logistics departments
- Act as Supply Chain consultant to optimize Vendor Flex and Direct Fulfillment programs
- Conduct operations audits and process changes using Lean‑Six Sigma methods (Gemba Walk, Kaizen)
- Analyze complex issues to drive CX improvements and financial metrics
- Collaborate on projects across international teams to raise customer impact
Responsabilità
- Degree-educated
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Class B Driver's License
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Leadership experience
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- Experience in managing projects to time, budget, and quality
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and make data-driven decisions
