We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Accounting Team in Verona, Italy. What will you do Oversee accounting closures according to both monthly US GAAP and annual ITA GAAP standards using SAP.- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.- Utilize strong SAP skills and proficiency in the OneStream consolidation system to streamline financial reporting processes.- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of up-to-date internal control procedures, conducting annual testing to ensure compliance.- Monitor working capital metrics and cycle count results in distribution centers to optimize inventory management.- Review and update standard costs while monitoring product line and customer profitability to drive strategic decision-making.- Coordinate with intercompany entities and the Italian holding to consolidate statutory financial statements.- Ensure compliance with ITA fiscal rules including VAT, taxes, and duties to mitigate financial risks.- Develop next year budget forecast templates for upload into the Onestream system to facilitate financial planning.- Operate within corporate policies and adhere to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 EHS standards for quality, environmental, and health & safety management. What you will bring Strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.- Familiarity with SOX/internal controls gained from previous roles in an international company or audit firm.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, including OneStream, US GAAP, and financial metrics analysis.- Proficiency in Italian fiscal regulations and tax compliance.- Possess knowledge of Law 231 organizational system "Administrative Responsibility of Legal Entities" as applied in Italy.- Fluent English and Italian.- Ability to lead finance activities on-site, with potential for future growth into a site controller role.- Flexible mindset to handle diverse responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
