Position
For our Sales Support Department, we are looking for a Sales Support with a focus on our US area, your main responsibilities will be:
* Complete management (enter, update, cancellation, look up, return, exchange) of any orders supporting customers in any step of the journey;
* Provide precise and accurate information regarding products and collections with the final aim of converting calls/e-mails/chats into final sales;
* Supporting the organization of sales meeting to guarantee the achievement of sales’ target with assistance during the product presentation;
* Reporting & Analysis.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role of 2 years;
* Good MS Office Knowledge;
* Excellent knowledge of English;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving;
* Interest for the motorsports industry complete the profile.
