Position: Site Manager Duration: 12 months fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or transformation. Project: Revamping of biogas production plants. Main Responsibilities: Planning project activities and related costs in accordance with client contractual requirements; Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress of the site against the plan; Organizing regular team meetings to plan site activities; Participating in progress meetings with all suppliers; Assessing project feasibility and reviewing supplier execution plans; Managing suppliers, including problem resolution; Coordinating with the Client’s Construction Department; Managing construction sites; Defining, implementing, and managing the organizational structure of the construction team; Supervising and coordinating the work of third parties (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.), ensuring progress according to schedule; Verifying and approving documentation related to project accounting, in line with approved work plans and current authorizations. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in scientific disciplines; Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role; Basic knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and biogas upgrading technologies; Skills in plant engineering, especially gas treatment systems; Experience in revamping projects or plant construction; Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the gas sector; Analytical and problem-solving skills.
