Role purpose : This role is specifically focused on developing Vodafone Analytics portfolio for Vodafone Business Italy, working in partnership with the line of business in Vodafone Group, the Technology functions and the overall product management organisation. This will be achieved by bringing to market, and then managing in-life, the portfolio of Analytics services and service model that meet the strategic and commercial requirements of Vodafone. The role-holder will own and be fully accountable for all aspects of the performance of these services in Italy. He/she will have the leadership and driving force within Vodafone and with partners, to ensure these targets are met and that the requirements of the market are represented. Success will be measured against the delivery of new services, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction in both SME, Corporate and Public Sector segments markets. Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Fully accountable for delivery of product revenue, profit and product-related customer satisfaction; Own, define, document and agree, with key stakeholders, a product plan that identifies the market landscape, product scope and performance, objectives and strategy, the customer experience, growth plan and roadmap for Italy that works within the context of the global portfolio; Managing key stakeholders in Vodafone Italy (Segment Marketing and Sales, IT Technology), Vodafone Group and external parties including suppliers and Business Partners; Accountable for product-related costs (capex and opex) and their impact on competitiveness; Identifying new analytics trends and opportunities to drive the innovation agenda across Vodafone’s global team. Core competencies, knowledge and experience : 5 years+ relevant professional experience, with a focus on Data Monetization and Data Products. Previous experience in managing analytics services on cloud platforms is a plus; Proactive individual, successful leader, who has demonstrated to be able to work within virtual teams across national or international boundaries; Solid Product Management experience. Previous experience in a Telco is a plus; Ability to produce and secure buy-in and sign off to product plans and business cases & manage complex stakeholder audience; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences. Studies : Master’s Degree in quantitative fields like Computer Science and Information Engineering or Marketing and Business Strategy fields like Business Management, Strategy or Management Engineering; Fluent English, both written and spoken.
