Junior Marketing Data Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to support the regional marketing team in collecting, defining and filling data for performance reports. The role will be mainly focused on Italy and supporting other countries in the region.
The main goal is to evaluate the most performing Marcom GTM activities and channels to maximize conversion rates and ROI on actions.
You will be part of a team focused on defining and executing local GTM plans, leveraging brand & External Communication, Social conversation, Digital Marketing and customer experience to generate and manage hot marketing qualified leads.
Main Activities:
* Supporting the regional marketing communication team in implementing analytical approaches and methodologies to maximize performance.
* Collaborating with the Comm team to work on a consistent, standardized reporting procedure, as well as creating ad-hoc reports when needed.
In particular:
* Collecting, filling and analyzing proper data in Global and Region Performance reports related to all Marketing & Comm activities/touch points.
* Integrate data from different sources (off and online) and track digital performance as well.
* Support in tracking and monitoring the Marcom qualification lead process through the collection of data from external sources and internal CRM.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Marketing.
* Excellent knowledge of Excel.
* An analytical, data modeling and Data Visualization attitude/skills.
* Passionate about data driven approach and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of data mining and analysis software (e.g Power BI) and Google analytics.
* Advanced knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written).
