Kitchen Management and Culinary Leadership
We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to oversee the kitchen operations in a busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, with expertise in leadership, communication, and technical knowledge related to cooking methods and preparation of dishes.

* Planning menus to ensure consistency and quality

* Managing orders and supplies
* Ensuring correct cleaning of the work area and kitchen
Requirements and Qualifications
The selected person should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving high-quality results. They should also have good technical knowledge related to cooking methods and preparation of dishes, as well as plating skills. Specifically, the person should be responsible for managing the kitchen and coordinating the brigade, planning menus, ensuring the maintenance of the established quality standard, managing orders and supplies, and ensuring the correct cleaning of the work area and the kitchen in general.
