Within the Procurement Department of NextChem spa, this role has the responsibility to procure Services related to the following Indirect categories: General Services HR (Training & Recruitment Services) ICT (Hardware, Software, Fixed & Mobile Telecommunications) Expediting & Inspection Services Associations & Events Communication and Marketing activities Utilities Main Responsibilities Preparation of bidder lists Organize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System Economic and contractual negotiation of contracts and associated contracts terms and conditions Perform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding Secure compliance with internal procedures and protocols Identify and propose cost savings / process improvement opportunities also through constant interfacing with Group Companies Required Skills 4/5 years of Purchasing experience for categories in scope Experience in operating in international challenging environment Experience in-end-to end tender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge is a plus. Experience in prepare and execute negotiation with suppliers both on costs and contracts Terms & Conditions Experience in contract preparation Ability to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities Problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language Team player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP Availability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad.
