As a Technical Support Intern, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey with Philips IT Health Imaging products, contributing to international project delivery for the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
* Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.
* Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving).
* Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
* Classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
* Customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.
Requirements
* Technical School (IT background preferred) or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
* Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
