Join our extraordinary team today! /ppThis position reports to the VP Harvesting Platform Engineering and will serve in a team of engineers responsible for Combines development at AGCO\'s Breganze (Italy) Site and across all Combine Harvester sites. The person will lead and be globally responsible for platform development with the technical team and cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, etc.). /ppThe job holder leads and coordinates global module teams, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to manage in a matrix organization, following and monitoring the development activity. Leadership skills are required for this position, leading the engineering team delivering new features and solving problems. Strong influence on the strategic roadmap of product developments and is a key interface between the involved functions. Furthermore, the necessary competence for solving unanticipated and critical problems generates added value for the whole organization. The Platform Lead Engineer position requires strong project management skills as he is accountable for the NPI activities and responsible for achieving the QCT target.
