Provide quality and technical support to functions implementing process change and continuous improvement. Continuously improve the quality of Bellusco products and processes and the satisfaction of Bellusco customers by implementing and maintaining robust Quality Systems and promoting a sustainable quality culture in the plant. Responsibilities include being the voice of the customer in Bellusco, proactively monitoring, analyzing, issuing, investigating, clarifying, and resolving customer complaints regarding quality to ensure customer satisfaction. When appropriate, resolve customer product problems in a way that maintains customer satisfaction. Implement and audit laboratory tests and quality assurance checks on production and logistics operations to improve quality KPIs of Bellusco plant. Lead monthly reviews of Bellusco customer claims with sales and supply chain. Manage feasibility requests and support new product introductions by creating production standards. Coordinate customer audits in Bellusco and communicate all necessary quality information to customers as needed. Support the ISO 9001 QMS process to achieve and maintain certification through the continual review and improvement of standard operating procedures and work instructions. Manage FSC certification and all applicable standards. Management You will provide leadership and coaching on the use of quality tools and statistical expertise to support quality improvement, problem/claim solving, and successful project management. Qualifications Work experience in industrial processes, preferably in packaging or chemical companies. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills with all functions. Ability to work in a team. Fluency in English. Lean Six Sigma experience is warmly welcomed. Reactivity and responsiveness to issues while maintaining focus on long-term improvement.
