About the position:
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to
take ownership of HR operations
across several key sites in Italy,
with a strong focus on Southern Italy.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will build, professionalise, and harmonise HR structures in an environment that is currently evolving. You will act as the central HR point of contact for Italy, working closely with regional and international HR leadership while supporting local management teams.

Take ownership of HR activities across several Italian sites (approx. 380 employees)

main HR interface between Italy and international headquarters
Build and strengthen HR structures, processes, and standards
Ensure compliance with
Italian labour law
and internal company policies
Review and harmonise
employment contracts, templates, and HR documentation
