Role Overview

We\u2019re looking for a Marketing Mix Modeling Consultant who can straddle both the technical depth of model building and the client-facing expertise of onboarding, training, and strategic insight delivery. You’ll play a key role in helping clients turn their marketing data into measurable impact — and in shaping what our platform becomes based on their needs.

What You’ll Do

* Onboard new clients, scope their marketing data, and guide them through model setup
* Train marketers and analysts to interpret MMM results and run scenario planning
* Own the modeling process end-to-end: from input validation to calibration and optimization
* Deliver insights and recommendations clearly — in meetings, decks, or dashboards
* Identify recurring client needs and work with the product team to improve the platform
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate marketing measurement
* Occasionally dive into raw datasets to clean, restructure, or quality-check them for modeling

What We1re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience building Marketing Mix Models (MMM) using tools such as Robyn, PyMC, or Google Meridian. At least 2 years of experience working directly with clients or stakeholders, including delivering presentations or leading onboarding / training sessions. At least 1 year of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Science role.

Nice-to-Haves Appreciated But Not Required

* Built or analyzed incrementality tests, such as GeoLift, lift studies, or ghost ads (with specific mention of the methodology or platform used)
* Experience with SQL to prepare, query and analyze datasets from relational databases (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL)
* Worked in consulting, analytics, or marketing agencies, preferably in roles supporting decision-makers or performance teams
