The role involves close collaboration with plant managers and group controlling to ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and continuous improvement in production efficiency. /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liMonitor and analyze financial performance (PL, cost centres, variances) across all plants. /li liProvide accurate reporting on production costs and variances, ensuring compliance with BU deadlines. /li liLead budgeting and forecasting processes at the plant level. /li liEnsure accurate product costing and inventory valuation. /li liSupport investment analysis and CAPEX evaluations. /li liSupport plant management with KPI tracking and operational insights. /li liDrive cost optimisation initiatives and support lean manufacturing efforts. /li liFoster a strong controlling culture by promoting financial awareness across operations. /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. /li li5‑7 years of experience in controlling, preferably in manufacturing. /li liAnalytical thinker, with strong attention to detail and a significant ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files. /li liBusiness acumen: capability to read and understand information, data and trends to facilitate decision‑making. /li liStrong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liExcellent analytical and communication skills. /li liProficiency in SQL, Python or other data‑manipulation languages (preferred). /li liFamiliarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (preferred). /li liExperience in self‑adhesive or chemical manufacturing (a big plus). /li /ul h3Why You Can't Miss This Opportunity /h3 pYou will be able to actively contribute to the ambitious goals that Fedrigoni is achieving in becoming the global industry leader, by ensuring accuracy of records and reporting on collection activity.
