About this role:
As a Senior Machine Learning Specialist, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced machine learning models and algorithms to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Metal Additive Manufacturing processes.
About you:
* You have expert proficiency in advanced Machine Learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* You have extensive experience with complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
* You possess advanced programming skills in Python, along with proficiency in R or MATLAB
* You have solid expertise in data processing, management, and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL databases, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
* You have demonstrated track record in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world industrial or research applications
* You exhibit strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and innovative problem-solving abilities
* You possess excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and remote collaboration skills
* You hold a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a closely related technical field
* Prior hands-on experience or deep familiarity with additive manufacturing processes, sensor data fusion, or industrial automation is highly desirable
