You will gain a great experience in learning all the instruments, procedures and technical aspects with the support of your tutor and colleagues of the Department.
During your internship, you will be part of facility maintenance team to support colleagues in the activities management.
Responsibilities
As trainee, you will be supported by your Tutor to learn the major duties of the role:
- Support for floor plans definition and upkeep;
- Support for financial management (e.g., vendor reconciliation);
- Support for exceptional projects (e.g., construction sites) and contribute to the consolidation of routine maintenance planning;
- Support for certification activities;
- Support for CMMS management.
Requirements
Key requirements
- Passion and interest in technical maintenance activities;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Good knowledge of Autocad;
- Knowledge in BIM tools (f.e. Revit) will be a plus;
- Good team working skills;
- Responsibility and integrity;
- Good interpersonal and communicative skills;
- Good time management capability and proactivity;
- Good attitude to problem solving.

Additional Information
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Building Engineering, in Architecture or related background.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (at least B2 level).
Workplace: Moncalieri (TO), Italy.
Contract type: 6 months of post graduate internship.
