Imagine your future with us.ABOUT THIS ROLEAudible is seeking a proactive, articulate, and enthusiastic individual for the role of P&P; Operations Specialist – APAC. This position will report to the People and Places Operations and Compliance Lead and will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle across Audible's APAC region (Australia, Singapore, Japan, and India) by leveraging technology, ensuring data integrity, and providing exceptional operational support.This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to develop expertise in regional HR operations, systems administration, and cross-functional collaboration.ABOUT YOUYou are a detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong aptitude for data management and analysis. You have a proven track record of maintaining data accuracy and integrity, and you thrive in a collaborative environment with evolving priorities. Your exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation allow you effectively support managers, employees, and HR partners across multiple countries and time zones.You are curious, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You take initiative to solve problems, ask thoughtful questions, and contribute to process improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and maintain employee lifecycle events including onboarding, off‑boarding, job changes, manager changes, and salary updates across Workday and Amazon systemsConduct data reconciliations to maintain and resolve discrepancies between systemsSupport Workday testing cycles (March and September) by validating data and documenting issuesCoordinate new joiner processing via Amazon pathway and ensure timely addition to Workday upon start dateProcess exits and terminations, managing dual‑entry requirements between Workday and Amazon HR Service CenterSupport contractors (FTC, CWR) management including onboarding, off‑boarding, contract renewals, extensions, system updates, policies and reportingAssist with leave of absence processing and provide guidance on regional leave policiesCoordinate with external recruitment agencies (Australia and Singapore) to manage contractor relationshipsAssist with government reporting requirements, including Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MoM) employee composition reports and Australia WGEA reportingMaintain and update regional AskHR pages (Australia, Japan, Singapore, India) to ensure accurate policy informationProvide training and guidance to managers on system functionality, data management best practices, and regional processesPartner with Amazon HR teams (HRBPs, PATH, Leave Management) to resolve regional operational mattersIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual work, and improve workflowsContribute to ad‑hoc HR projects and initiatives that support the overall success of the P&P; Operations function

Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of HR experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilitiesAccurate data entry and analysis experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience working cross‑functionally across several teamsAbility to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platformsFamiliarity with APAC employment practices and regional HR requirementsExposure to multi‑country HR operationsExperience with process documentation and improvement initiatives
