Responsibilities
* Provide technical support across environmental services (permitting, planning, EIA, due diligence, compliance audits)
* Contribute to environmental projects across all lifecycle stages
* Support energy transition and climate-focused initiatives
* Ensure adherence to quality, environmental management, sustainability, and health & safety standards
* Promote company values and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outcomes
* Approach tasks with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders
Qualifications
* Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline
* 1–5 years of experience in environmental consultancy/permitting
* Solid understanding of AIA, AUA, VIA permitting regulations
* Knowledge of core EHS regulations and sustainability principles
* Strong data management and reporting capabilities
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
* Innovative mindset with interest in digital tools and visual communication
