Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Growth Social & AI to lead the go-to-market and commercial growth of a new social media model powered by AI.
This role is focused on:
* defining and scaling a revolutionary social offering,
* acquiring new clients,
* and positioning this model in the European market.
This is not a traditional agency role.
It is a performance-based partnership for someone who wants to build and scale a new category from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutions
* Identify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies)
* Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social model
* Drive new client acquisition and close deals directly
* Collaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and quality
* Turn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assets
* Contribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social media
Requirements
* Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments
* Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability
* Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions
* Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings
* Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
* Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles
