Are you five years out? Arrow is looking for a Supplier Business Manager (M/F/d) to join our Semiconductors team to help us with our expansion plans. As Supplier Business Manager you will be the liaison/interface between Arrow's suppliers and Arrow organization. The main purpose of the position is to develop, grow and leverage the influential supplier relationships. As the primary point of contact between the Arrow organization and the supplier, Supplier Business Manager also arranges meetings via webcast, phone, or in person to drive and increase our market share. As Supplier Business Manager you are engaged in strategic conversations inside the Arrow organization to strategize on opportunities while leveraging influential supplier relationships to develop strategies and goals for the product group. Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you What you will do? - Build and execute strategic supplier business growth plans containing - Establish franchise management relationship - Initiating Supplier programs - Supplier events (Training, Seminars) - Negotiate and drive bonus agreements & Demand Creation Programs - Plan and prepare EMEA QBRs and attend regional QBRs where required - Product Management Liaison What are we looking for? - Must have a bachelor degree in Business / Business Management or Electrical Engineering - At least 3-5 years in a technical sales/marketing role gained from the electronics or high technology industry - Understanding of EMEA electronics markets - Experience of supplier management and supplier drive - Fluent English language skills written and spoken - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - Skill in prioritizing work & multi-tasking - Influencing & relationship building What we offer?
