Position
Role: Ambassador Coordinator for the Ploom brand, which operates in the heated tobacco category.
As the coordinator you will lead a team to improve sales results for our client, a major tobacco manufacturer that includes Camel and Winston.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and coordinate teams across your area.
Guide the Supervisors present in your region.
Select teams to deploy based on channel and zone.
Develop the client portfolio to create new business opportunities.
Set and monitor performance objectives for the teams.
Ensure continuous team training.
Collect data and information to produce periodic reports.
Participate in developing improvement strategies for the project.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience managing sales projects.
Comfortable managing a team and with proven leadership abilities.
Passionate about brands and their growth.
Effective at managing your own calendar and that of the team you supervise.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strategic contacts in events or a broad, potential network across the territory.
Valid B driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
Willingness to travel for work.
