Job Description
:
The candidate will report to the Manufacturing Production Manager and will be responsible for various activities throughout the production process, from NPI to performance monitoring to layout and continuous improvement.
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Analysis and optimization of assembly processes to meet the efficiency levels required
2. Define working cycles and phases for the various production areas including optimization and improvement of the assembly lines
3. Production lay out modifications and optimization
4. Assembly instructions maintenance for the various products
5. KPI analysis and maintenance such as OEE and efficiency
6. Maintain and improve production operators skill matrix
7. Provide support to the Production Supervisor
8. Create Production procedures
9. NPI activities
Cooperate with the team to create new assembly lines
Assembly instructions creation
Assembly phases balancing
Value stream mapping
She/He will cooperate with:
10. Planning team
11. R&D team for New Products Introduction and product portfolio maintenance
12. Quality team for continuous improvement and NPI
13. International NPI team
Basic Requirements
Requisiti Fondamentali (Must-Have):
14. Formazione tecnica (preferibilmente Diploma ITIS o ITS.
15. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili (Analista Industriale, Tecnico di Processo/Metodi) in contesti produttivi di serie.
16. Lingua Inglese: livello B2 minimo (parlato e scritto) essenziale.
17. Italiano madrelingua o fluente.
18. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
Costituiscono Titolo Preferenziale (Nice-to-Have):
19. Conoscenza e applicazione pregressa di metodologie Lean (es. 5S).
Basic Requirements:
20. Technical Education - ITIS or ITS are preferred
21. Previous experiences as Industrial Analyst or Industrial Technician in companies with mass production
22. English knowledge B2 level minimum spoken and written is a must and native/fluent Italian.
23. Microsoft office/Google suite knowledge
24. Nice to have: Lean techniques, 5S and previous experiences in their application
25. We are looking for a motivated person, committed to results and continuous improvement.
26. This position requires the ability to work on-site at our plant in Schio. Preference will be given to candidates located within a 45-minute commute
