Born of our passion for sports, our innovation, and Italian design, every last detail of our products is conceived to offer the most rewarding user experience in terms of performance, style, comfort and fit, in and by the waterMain activities & accountabilities:- Support sales orders entering in the system- Contribute to orders confirmation, monitoring and issuing of the relevant documents- Manage requests from the distributors: check products availability, send the requested documentation- Manage customs documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations- Handle the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers- Constant follow-up with warehouse team and suppliers to manage and monitor shipments and deliveries- Claims, complaints-management including the issuing of related credit notes- Share with the Customer Service Coordinator peculiarities of the customers in terms of order, special packaging, pricing, logistic requirementsRequirements:- Degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, Communication- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel- Propositive attitude and focus on customers- Adaptable and pragmatic- Strong attention for details and deadlines- Ability to multi-task and teamworkWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
