The System Integration Intern will support the integration of subsystems into a complete product during the development and execution phases. The role offers exposure to system engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and product development processes in a dynamic and international environment.

Your responsibilities will include
Assist in analysing trade-offs between design, cost, quality, and timing
Contribute to system validation activities, including simulation and testing support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement)
Help monitor project progress and support coordination of subsystem activities
Assist in identifying potential risks and supporting problem-solving activities
Support documentation of system architecture and technical decisions
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Learn
Fundamentals of system engineering and product architecture
Exposure to real industrial product development processes and gates
Understanding of cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
Basics of technical project management and decision-making
Use of engineering tools for modeling, validation, and analysis
Currently studying a Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of engineering principles
Proficiency in English

Interest in system engineering and product development
Basic understanding of design and validation processes
Good communication and teamwork skills
