Ph3Security Specialist – Monticelli D'Ongina Warehouse /h3 pThe Security Specialist supports the implementation and execution of DHL Supply Chain security strategy, policies, and standards at the 2 warehouses dedicated to one of our clients.
The role operates in close coordination with Country and Central Security teams.
/p pThe position acts as local point of contact for all security-related matters, including physical security, operational security, guard force management, incident management, and compliance, with the objective of protecting people, assets, customer goods, information, and the company's reputation.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee and manage all security activities at the 2 warehouses, including physical security systems, guarding services, and operational security processes.
/li liCoordinate and supervise security guards and external security providers, ensuring service quality, performance monitoring, and compliance with contractual KPIs.
/li liImplement and ensure compliance with DHL Supply Chain security policies, standards, and procedures across all security domains.
/li liAct as the local security focal point, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal security frameworks.
/li liManage and support incident reporting, escalation, and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate communication to internal stakeholders and central security teams.
/li liSupport and participate in security risk assessments, audits, and inspections (internal, external, and customer-driven).
/li liEnsure correct implementation and monitoring of security programs and initiatives at site level.
/li liPromote security awareness and culture through training and communication initiatives.
/li liEnsure compliance and oversight of subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party personnel operating on site from a security perspective.
/li liSupport security-related projects, including implementation or upgrade of technical systems and process improvements.
/li liMaintain relationships with local authorities and law enforcement, where required.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Legal or related field.
/li liAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
/li liKnowledge of physical security concepts applied to warehouses and logistics environments.
/li liExperience with incident management, risk assessment, and security audits.
/li liExcellent skills in Excel and MS Office.
/li liHigh level of attention to detail and accountability.
/li liProactive, results-oriented mindset.
/li liExcellent knowledge of English.
