Maintenance Leader – Mozzanica, Italy
The Maintenance Leader is responsible for driving optimal maintenance performance in our production facility, ensuring strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards while managing resources effectively. The role reports to the Site Leader and involves leadership, budgeting, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your Challenges
* Contribute to site strategy development and execution as part of the leadership team.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve maintenance processes, including performance analysis.
* Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
* Manage the maintenance budget to support long‑term strategic objectives.
* Oversee third‑party contractors and enforce plant safety and compliance standards.
* Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve excellence in EH&S, reliability, quality and cost.
* Participate in EH&S risk monitoring and assessment.
* Implement SAP in Maintenance.
Key Stakeholders & Interactions
* Collaborate with the Area Business Team to implement a maintenance plan fully aligned with the production schedule, ensuring no compromise on core AI or legal requirements.
* Coordinate with EHS&S and PSM teams to guarantee all legal and internal standards are met and clearly understood by the maintenance team.
* Seek support and guidelines from subject‑matter experts for standard implementation and incident investigation.
Role Requirements
* Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance within production facilities.
* Proven leadership in managing teams and maintenance operations.
* Business‑level proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Problem‑solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
